Buying bullets in Canada
My daughter is presently in Canada on a university project, somewhere near Hamilton. Is it legal for her to buy rifle bullets and bring them back to France when she returns (there is no problem at the French end)? If yes, any recommendations on where in the Hamilton area she might be able to buy Barnes 270 grain or Nosler Accubond 260 grain bullets in .375?

.366torqueYou don't need a PAL to buy bullets, powder or primers. You just need it for cartridges.
As for taking them out of the country, I believe the problem would be the final destination. But don't quote me on that!

sheephunterabYup, no problem buying components (legally) without a PAL or POL but some stores don't seem to understand that and ask for it regardless. It's only required for loaded ammunition. If there's no problem at your end, there's no problem at this end.
America and their draconian gun laws, now that's another matter.

FasteelGet her to bring back a bunch of magazines of the 20 round variety for the Gevarm 22, probably pay for her flight. FS
