Will it make much real difference? I imagine that we'll still need a PAL to buy guns or ammo, will sellers still have to record who buys guns? I'm afraid of it going through quickly and not really being dealt with.

Hopefully it will return to the FAC days. Show your PAL ad take your gun home.

Would be nice if it did but I am thinking it will entail a phone call to the CFC to verify if the buyer/seller have a valid PAL/RPAL...

I for one will not give any info on any firearm that I am buying or selling or even if a deal is being done.

Impossible to enforce.

Personally, I'll be glad that I don't have to ask "Mother, may I" every time I buy a gun. Mad I've got my PAL, I've passed the gov't "test" of my lack of a criminal record, that I've stopped beating my wife Roll Eyes and that I'm not a certifiable nut-job. Whether I own one or a thousand guns shouldn't matter any more.
