BC Hunting outfitters PLEASE HELP
I'm looking to book a hunt (Ship, Bear, Moose) combined in BC for the next (2009) year. Have an experience in Russia and Africa. Asked Jack Atcheson Jr and was checking hunting reports of different kind. Talking now to a few providers. Tuchodi River Outfitters Ltd, BC Safaris and some others. I found out that BC safaris (Keith Connors) is the most responsive so far. But I do not have any refferences. Guys do you now somebody who could tell me about those guys or advise me on the good (high end) outfitter? I will really appreciate it.

Never buy your gun from "Hendersot's sporting goods inc."

You might want to check with outfits like:

Stone Mountain Safaris
Folding and Terminus Mountain Outfitters
Kawdy Outfitters
Upper Stikine River Adventures
Prophet Muskwa at Sleeping Chief
Collingwood Brothers Outfitting
Muncho Lake Outfitters
High and Wild Wilderness Safaris

Just google them...they all have websites. All are well known "high end" outfitters with good territories and a premium "product".

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Canuck

I hunted many years ago with Taku Safari. They had the most beautiful base camp. The hunting for Goats and Moose was excellent and I took a B&C goat. I dont know how they have done in the last 5 years on goats.

Taku Safari

Here is my goat

Gonzalo- I do see some goats in their brochure but moose, stone sheep and caribou seem to be more prominent.
