45 and 32-20 moulds

Gents:
I'd like to find and buy two moulds: .45 Colt 255 grain that is the same profile as the original style bullet. No gas check. Also, a .32-20 mould the same profile as the original style bullet, I think 115 grains. No gas check.

Can you fellas tell me what Lyman or RCBS number I am to look for? Two cavity is better than single cavity and a 4 or 6 cavity is even better.

My very old Lyman chart lists a 454190 for the .45 Colt. They show it at 250 grs., not 255.
For the .32-20 they show a 3118 at 115 grs. I am not sure how close its form is to the factory lead bullet of the day, but it should be close. Noe makes a 255 gr. mold for the .45 that looks good as well.

they would be black powder molds and neither has a crimp groove since they were meant to be slid down on top of a case full of black powder.

you would slightly roll the case mouth against the side of the bullet.

I know the 454190 is correct [lyman]direct copy of the factory ammo.
and I think the number CG gives for the 32-20 is right also.
either one would have used 40-1 alloy.

Let us know how they work out. I believe I read someplace that the original B.P. bullet for the .45 Colt was a hollow base design. Casting those in quantity could be a real pain.
