onefunzr2John Browning's Colt model 1911 turns the century mark
Gosh, has it really been 100 years already?
And I don't think his invention has been any more popular.
Let's see your examples of Browning's genius or clones. Here's my only 2:
Springfield Armory loaded model, 45ACP
Colt Government 380 model, 380ACP
Not only did he design the pistols, but their ammo too!

RothkeI have a Springfield Mil Spec, and a Springfield "Loaded" Sub-Compact, 4", night sights.
Springfield just came out with another model, looks like a "Loaded" more or less. But I'm thinking Wilson Combat. Like I need another handgun.
