Recoil spring for the CZ 75 in .40
In France I can't find anything but the stock recoil spring for the 9mm for my CZ75B, but mine's a .40 S&W. Anybody have a suggestion for what spring weight and who sells it for stiff loads in this caliber/pistol?

Wink: the factory rating for .40 S&W is 16 pounds. I was pleased to see that mine has a multi coil spring like the SIG pistols. That might have started with production of the .40 S&W chambering, but I never saw anyone mention it. The CZ 40 B also uses a multi coil spring. They have a very long lifespan. Suitable for your 155 gr. XTP load in my oppinion, but if it needs replaced or you want to experiment with the higher velocity load data, Wolff has them at 18, 20 and 22#. http://www.gunsprings.com/SemiAuto/EAANF.html

In my P-01 I used their 18 and 20 springs for +P 9mm handloads and settled on the 20# spring when I found out that it would eject WWB 100% of the time. Definitely helped with the +P! My P-01 had a flat metal spring from the factory. Wink

KLN357, thanks for the info. I just ordered the extractor springs as well.
