honest - i really need another 45

went into the shop today and there was this really nice looking dan wesson bobtail 45. It looked so lonely sitting there. My heart just went out to it. Knowing that it be much more comfortable sitting around with 10 or 12 others I just had to buy it out of pure compassion

I've never fired a bobtail 45, although I've seen plenty of pictures and thought it looked like a good idea. How do you like shooting and carrying it?

tried it out this weekend. the bobtail makes carry a bit easier. I like a high hop carry & the bobtail keeps the sharp corner from digging into my ample waist. shoots pretty well - at 25 yds i had no trouble with 2" group. plus the fixed sights were right on the money (i think thats a first)
