Anyone know where I can get/who makes .44 full moon clips and belt holders? A few guys in a gun club are hoping to run revolver competitions next year and I was hoping to use my .44 for fun.

moon clips are for rimless rounds. never heard of ones for rimmed rounds. speed loader

Have seen a .44 modified to take .44 auto mag brass and use regular .45 ACP full moon clips. .44 Auto mag brass is esily made from cut down .308 brass.

But...have seen photo's of a .44 converted to use full moon clips with regular .44 brass. I am looking for a spare cylinder for my .44 for use with either system

go here http://www.moonclips.com/index.htm they can cut about any cylinder for moon clips includeing a 44 mag. I had my 454 alaskan done by them and they did a fine job.
