Scope for a S & W 460 ????

I recently got a bug to try hunting with a pistol. That was all the incentive I needed to buy a S&W compensated 460. Now I need to scope it and have absolutely no experience with scopes on handguns. Any suggestions for mounts and a scope would be greatly appreciated. I'll probably use it for deer hunting where ranges are 125 yards max.

There is a current thread on the Handgun Hunting Forum (above) about scoping a handgun. There is a picture of my 629 with a 4x scope on it. Having said that, my FA 475 Linebaugh has a red dot UltraDot on it but I would not attempt a 125 yard shot with it as the dot subtends too great an angle at that range, whereas I would take, say a hundred yard shot with the 629, given the accuracy of the load I have developed for it.
