We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! Bill74Roscoe,
I am going to call the factory direct & see what they quote me on a working rifle & what they are regulated at?
If the price is reasonable & I guess I am thinking about what the Chapuis 9.3's cost, then I am going to get my hands on one

JPKYou might want to call Dewings Fly and Gun Shop in West Palm Beach Fla. They stock Siacce Rifles and shotguns. When Dewings has a Siacce rifle built they specify which Federal load to use for regulation so that American customers can get ammo easily. I've handled several Siacces at their store and while they are not English best guns, they are pretty nice for the $'s.
I tried to get - through Dewings - Siacce to make me a rifles 12ga for deer hunting in no rifle zones but they wouldn't do it. Some Italian tax reason. I'd snap one up quick if possible.
Here's Dewings, good luck.

PWN375I have owned and shot two Pedersoli 45-70 doubles. These rifles are accurate, easy on the shoulder, inexpensive to shoot, effective on game and very nicely built guns. The one I own now is for sale. It is in excellent condition with factory case, sling and 20 gauge barrels. The sale price is $3,500.00.

Bill74Perry,
thanks for the offer,Pedersoli are fine guns,I am just not into hammer rifles much anymore.
ROSCOE,
that's not too bad a price for a base working gun.

Jim ManionBal,
Based on your past performances, you need to go UP in caliber. A 577 would round out your existing 9.3X74 and 470 NE battery quite nicely. And you would never be wanting for firewood.
