Jeff WemmerIvan has the same "Elephant Decoy" on his and it draws in Eles like a magnet (hee-hee).
Very nice and from what I understand excellent mechanically as well.

I think the basic Heym PH is $16K, so a pinless sidelock would, I think, go for twice that.
Add engraving like that, I would think ballparking it at $40K to $50K would probably be reasonable. If it is indeed Griffnee who did it, it could be more. That is purely a guess on my part.
