"Hook-type" Sling Swivels
Looking for new or old hook-type sling ends that slip through the eyes usually found on barrels and buttstocks of old rifles.

Anyone have extras they'd like to sell, or have sources for same?

Thanks, Dave Manson

Jeff's Outfitters used to carry them although I do not see them on their website now. That said, he might be able to either lay his hands on a set or point you in the direction of where to get a set.

Hi Dave

Westley Richards was advertising them recently. Specially sprung steel that were sourced from Australia IIRC.

Cheers, Chris

Is anyone aware of a source for the sling eyes themselves (on the rifle, not the sling hardware)?

FYI--I received the swivels I'd ordered from Dixie Gun Works today. Price was $39.95 + $8.95 shipping.

I'd give them an 85 as they're not great workmanship, but are strong, serviceable and can be easily modified into the profile I want to duplicate.
