Chapuis ejector > extractor ??

Can a Chapuis (or any DR) ejector model be modified/converted to only extract?

Well the short answer is yes. I think on your Chapuis all you have to do is remove the springs from the Ejectors and it will be a extractor gun. I am sure some one with first hand experience will jump in and correct me.

with most normal actioned double rifles removing the springs is all that is needed, but the Chapuis is a strange action, at least to me, so I really can say for sure! Give JJ a call, and ask him!
