I actually contacted him and suggested he post it here or on Nitro express and also contact Champlin arms. He sent me some photos and also contacted H&H and confirmed it was made between 1886 and 1889.
The gun looks very good and I have contact information and photos if any one would like to see them, send me a p.m with an e-mail address. I don't know the guy but he seems eager to sell.

I've edited my OP to include pics. I don't know these uber $$ guns very well.
Can someone who does opine whether they think this one is:

A: All original
B: Completely and professionally refurbished

I think this is a pretty nice gun. Holland bore rifles are very rare. What this guy is asking is certainly not out of line even if there is some refurbishment. The case is outstanding and worth several k itself.

Looks like it ended up at Champlins. I noticed they did the same this with the 475 Jeffery they recently listed, Steve Barnett was selling it for a long time at $25,000, now its more.
