Finally got some RWS 247gr Cone Point (KS) for my 9.3 x 74 Chapuis. New England Custom Guns is now importing pretty much the entire line of RWS centerfire ammunition. RWS says 2460fps with a 23 1/2 inch barrel. Out of my Chapuis it went 2420, plenty close to be within normal variables. At $100 a box delivered I won't be doing a lot of plinking with it but at least I have shot what my rifle was regulated with. The quest to find a load that will regulate with a scope however, continues.
