Anyone know who/where Francotte records might be kept?

Looking for details on one of their double rifles.

A gentleman in Holland owns them but, as I understand, he never responds to requests. He is not in the firearms business but another trade. I attempted to contact him through another gun dealer in England who knew him but never received a response.

If you are able to obtain the information please let me know as I would like to run a serial number for my double rifle.
