Rusty:

new_guy may be able to help you. His company's name is "Double Gun Imports" after all.

Rusty, get a Form 6 from ATF and a local dealer to accept the shipment and you can do it yourself just as easily and much cheaper.

I'd use Champlin's.

Paul,
I don't know what it will be or if it will happen. A friend is going to visit his wife's family this month. I told him to see if his family owned a double they would be interested in selling.

Be careful importing a double from India. It is my understanding there are some special permits needed. This was done to stop the raiding of some of the mahraja collections which then were classed as national treasures. People at Westley Richards told me it could be a real problem without the correct permits. Apparently many guns were taken from mahraja collections and the government is making it tough to get them out.
