lawndartI SAW..
Some Sabatti (sp?) double Rifles at the local Cabellas for incongruous prices of $5K and $6K. They were good looking, balanced well, etc.
Unless these rifles are almost entirely done on CNC, I am not sure how they can hold up to the necessary tight tolerances to prevent shooting off the face rapidly, etc.
Are these strong and reliable?
I am not in the market, but very curious.
Thanks,
L/D

BiebsDart, where have you been? The Sabatti issue has been bantered ad nauseum here since they were first introduced, with 2 opinions on either side of the line in the sand. Do a Sabatti search.

dpcdYeah, your trip to Mars must have taken the past 3 years to have missed all the Sab discussion. Yes, they are very strong and reliable.

Jerry MacyThe Sabatti I bought new (9.3x74R) shot 7in. apart at 50yds. That is 1 shot from right and left barrel. Also had extraction problem. Cabelas sent it for warranty work, after months it came back unsatisfactory, full refund obtained.
