New Merkel 470 NE for under $8K,....what's the catch??

I was looking around on gunsamerica.com tonight and noticed that someone has a couple new Merkel 140-2's in 470 Nitro.

The seller is James Wayne. Does he post on this site?

I'm not really in the market for Merkel, but this seems really cheap. Has anyone bought one of these doubles from this seller??
