Can H4831sc be substituted for H4831 in the 450/400 3"?

I've got several pounds of H4831sc laying around, and am currently out of H4831; my load for my Ruger #1 in 450/400 is 80gr of H4831, can the 4831sc be substituted? The burning rates are identical, my only concern is whether the "short cut" kernels might not take up as much space in the case as the standard cut 4831.

I use it interchangably (by weight) in my 300WSM and my 7 Mag and yes it does take up less space in the cases.
