It looks like a nice rifle and I might be interested...

Could you please put up a few more photo's of the gun, including the rear sights and a better one of the damaged screw as I'm a bit concerned about that.
Do you know why and what is the story behind the damaged screw...maybe there an underlying problem that you are not aware of...could you find out from the previous owner what he did to the mechanism....hopefully nothing, since he did not even have a proper screwdriver!

Also, the model number and is it an ejector or extractor?

It's not a damaged screw; it's an indentation in the forearm wood about .05" deep that looks like what happens if you softly stab a piece of wood with a screwdriver. It is absolutely the only flaw I can find on the gun.

It's an extractor gun.

I'll put up some more photos tonight.
