shootawayChristmas again PICS and other stuff added.
I just feel good about a rifle when I see it shoots where it is supposed to right from the start, with open sights.Attention to detail and quality is the name of the game in my book and this is a good indicator.
The front sight should not be too high or too low and the rear sight should not be too high or too low either, plus it should be aligned dead center. This is all very important to me.

shootawayImagine a rear sight that needs to be moved far to the left or right to shoot bullseye and having to shift your head or neck in order to align the sights-so much for custom fitting.

Would you recommend RL-15 as the best powder for the 577NE (even with wads), or did you find anything better (recoil-wise)?
Peter
Mine likes 115 grain and I use 5/8" backer rod for filler.
Beautiful rifle! I love the setup.
