Sling swivel on Chapuis barrel

Sling swivel on Chapuis barrel
My new 9.3x74 Chapuis UGEX has a screw in the underside rib about where a swivel should be.

Is this indeed a tapped swivel hole?

Yes it is.

My Chapuis has a swivel attachment there.

I do not know if US parts well fit, but you can probably get one from JJ Perodeau at Champlin Arms.
