Do any of you know the web site or phone number of the company that makes the .998 diameter

2000 grain bullet that is used in SAFARIKID'S 4 bore rifle?

Based on a phone conversation with Ken Owen, the rifle builder,

I think the company is called NAVAL ORDNANCE.
