Heym DR in 9.3x64
I've located a Heym double with ejectors in 9.3x64 for sale. I don't know what model as of yet, (I'm phoning him tomorrow). But if its the basic model what's a ballpark figure for value? Supposed to be shot less than a box on the range. Some handling marks on stock blue is 99%. It's suppose to have a lot of upgrades but I don't have a list as of yet. If you have expierence with this caliber, what do you think of it? Thanks.

Mike,
I'll bet you a bag of dougnuts that it's a typo and it is really a 9.3X74R not the X64.
Deal???

Mike that's what I'd have bet also, but a friend had it in hand and was describing it to me. Per phone conversation with the owner today it is a 9.3x74r, articulated front trigger, ejector or extractor via switch, upgraded wood and engaving. I've only been able to find one used one on the net and it sold for $10,000. New runs about $13,000 +. Any ideas on a value?

It sounds like the model 88B, with upgrades like the selector switch.

Value wise, my guess without seeing it is that it's value is in the $12,000+ range. Given the recent movement of the Euro against the dollar, that number is only going up.
