Bro9ken Rear sight on Tikka 512s

The rear sight on my 9.3x74r/9.3x74r barrels did not last 3 adjustments! It broke in half!!!

I knew that thing was flimsy just looking at it.

What can I replace it with?

Do not really want to put on another factory style....piece of crap, (but where can I get a replacement as a last resort?)

Anyone here have there rib dove tailed for another rear sight base?

Any Suggestions?????
