Double Rifle Lubrication
I would like to hear what some of you use to lubricate your double rifles. I have always used regular gun oil but I know there must be a better product.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! I have started using corrosion X on all my guns. It not only inhibits rust but lubricates. Have been buying it by the gallon. Will also loosen up rusted parts. Found it an all around lubricant. Have used it on my salt water reels and pliers and not a spot of rust. Maker says it bonds to the metal and lasts for a long time. It also decreses fouling.

I still use Tetra grease on the hinge pins, but am slowly shifting to dry lubes for the rest.

Right now, I am trying out both Ezzox and Microlon.

I use Morey's cylinder head lubricant as a rust preventive, teflon grease for hinge pin and BreakFree for the rest.
