remington[baikal] sxs 45-70 rifle.

looking for owners manual or copy for the rem. sxs rifle. i need to regulate it. it came with no manual. any help?

mine took 8 shots to get the barrels impact close... i removed the sheet metal filler between the barrels so i could see the adjusting screw.... shot it, moved the barrels apart about 2 whole turns on the screw.... 2" groups are less than 1 1/2" apart at 25 yds... i shoot the factory 405 gr " springfield" loads... the 350 gr stuff crosses about 8" when MY gun is regulated for 405's...yours may vary, the left barrel has a better group than the right, but the right barrel "floats" in the piece holding the muzzles' together... the left barrel is pinned...
