RustyOwner's Manual for a Bernardelli Express 2000
I just bought a 8X57JRS Express rifle. I have emailed Bernardelli They wrote back saying that the portion of the company that made the rifle is out of business and they have no information.
It's a nice rifle, I just wish I had some more information to start with.
Like what ammo was it regulated for? There is a regulation adjustment screw at the muzzle, however no clue what it adjusts.

Rusty I would bet my hat that the rifle was regulated with RWS ammo, and likely with a 196 gr round nose, and around 2350 fps. It also could have been regulated with Norma also with 196 gr rn bullet. Call the Ft Worth store and ask if they have a booklet, if they do I'll go out there ang either get it or a scanned copy! Try
Cheaper Than Dirt for loaded factory ammo for the JRS 8mm, they usually have it in stock!

RustyThanks Mac. I've been in touch with Kirk at the Fort Worth store. He says that the rfiles came from Tristar imports. I called them and they don't have any information. Matter of fact every Cabelas that has the rifle doesn't have a manual.
I have Norma Orxy ammo on the was and I'll try some RWS and S&B as well. It will be fun starting from scratch and finding what works!
