Wanted-William Douglass Trade Label

I wish to fit out a case for a "William Douglass & Sons" double rifle but I need the trade label, I remember Cape Outfitters used to sell them but I can not locate one any where , if anyone knows of one for sale please reply ,much appreciated

Jeff Mayfield bought most of the assets of Cape Outfitters. He can be found at www.jeffsoutfitters.com

He might have something or be able to point you in the right direction.

GALAZAN sells many trade lables, and I went through their list, and I find no William Douglas & sons listed there!

I have a couple of Europian double rifles and I haven't been able to find labels for them either!

Guy's, give Michael Messina in New York a call.(516) 794-1979. No web site or email. He has been around many years and restores gun cases. He also reproduces gun case labels. He is a pleasure to talk to and do business with, his labels are $25 ea. If no known label exists (and he has over 250 of them) He can make one up for you in the style of the period of build. I have bought several from him including a hard to find B.S.A. label, and he gets all my future business!
