What brand is the red recoil pad and who put it on?

The red recoil pad on the second rifle is made by a German company called GFT. They have a similar give and texture to a decelerator, but have a thicker base. James Flynn installed the pad.

If I were not "mystically" drawn to vintage U.K
rifles I'd have bought a HEYM just like this one.
