farbedoNew to me Valmet 412 3 barrel set, needs a case
What cases do you guys use for travel? I just sealed the deal on a Valmet 412 3 barrel set, but it is in a cheapo plano case.
These rifle/shotgun systems have always intrigued me, and this one came along for a good price with the barrels I wanted (kind of). 12 gauge set, 30-06 set, and .375 JDJ set. That last one will become a .375 Flanged Magnum after I confirm it will clean up. Then I'll have the barrel sets that I really wanted.
Should be fun.
Thanks.

DuggaBoyeHave a couple of 412, 3bbl sets myself, with original cases.
However, when traveling by air, i use a TuffPak,
have Pelicans and KK air aluminums as well---
truly the TuffPak has become my go-to

How do you pack your 412 with barrels in the tuffpak? I have one as well, but rarely use it.
I thought about a soft case with barrel sleeves that I can roll up.

DuggaBoyeYes Sir,
I had padded sleeves made up by a local manufacturer.
(the same sleeves work on my SxS bbls as well.)
