Agreed, The stock has very similar lines around the rear of the action to the VC 500NE Round Body that Todd kindly shared with us.

A cased, full scroll engraved 375 sidelock showed up at our little local gun show, asking price $9K. I was not familiar with the name, walked around, made a call, went back to the table, gone.

Re Bolsters on the Boxlock, I think it has to do with 1. Width of the action / water table
and 2. The type of locking mechanism / Dolls Head.

I think it was a guy standing beside me when I was examining it who scooped it. I wasn't gone long. I suspect it went for quite a bit less, the seller said he'd entertain any offer.

Caught my eye as well - FWIW - Was asking for a price quotation back in 2011 when this model came out...got the following:

Coincidently we will be presenting our new Bocklock double rifle at the upcoming SCI show in Reno/Nevada from January 20th-23rd.
It is a great rifle, very elegant, built on a modified Anson&Deeley action with intercepting sears like a HH Sidelock.

We have no picture material or brochures ready at this point, unfortunately. Price will be € 36.000,- (net), incl. engraving.

To make a left stock according to your measurements is no problem, we have our own in-house stockmaker.

We are not far away from you, the best would be to visit us, if you are interested.
Otherwise we may refer you to our homepage update with the new model inside, which should be ready in one month from now.
