Thanks to all for the feedback. I live in Missouri and knew about Don Shrum...but you never know if you are getting the real story or not. George Coswell appraised the rifle after I bought it but didn't weigh in on the maker...since I didn't buy it from him I suspect he wasn't as excited about it as i was.
