MacD37, WELL I DIDN'T dodge the bullet, folks
Earlier today I went through throat surgery, to remove a growth on my vocal chords. It was almost all excized, and will be left that way, pending the Pathology report. It seems to remove it all would be very detramental to my ability to speak. If it turns out the pathology results, and not good, then the Vocal chords may have to be removed, and chemotherapy, may be indicated.
The good news is the surgeon says he doesn't think it is malignant. WELLLLLLLLllllllllllll, I certainly hope so!

MacD37Well folks I got the news today, and it ain't good!

It seems the growth is Cancer! I have to have a PAT-scan and start six weeks of daily rediation theropy, then another scan. to decide what else is needed. The doc says the rediation my do the trick, if not then further surgery is indicated!
Guess I'll put off some of the hunting for while! I appreciate the kind words, and prayers, now let's just let this thread die!
Thanks again folks!
