Who Makes These Gun Safes?

I was at Sportsman Warehouse this week looking at gun safes.
I was told by a sales person that Browning and Yukon Gold(Sportsmans Warehouse Brand)gun safes were made by the same company. Can anyone tell me if this is true, and if so, who is the company?
