Indeed! But that made me think of a TV commercial about 15 years ago ( I don't recall what they were selling as I make a point of that) but the scene was a young man applying for a job from the boss + the boss saying rather coldly, "My name is pronounced Dumas."

Heard it put like this, “if you were truly smart, you would know how dumb you are”.
