An Englishman is about to receive a sentence from an English judge in an English court for being publicly drunk. (Gee! What a surprise!) The judge asks the Englishman if he has anything to say before sentence is passed.

The Englishman says: " A Scot gave me the 12 year old single malt whisky".

The judge says: " You are sentenced to six months for perjury!"
