Been married over 40 years good humor always as a ring of truth in it.

Many years ago when I was just legally divorced + was leaving the court house + shared the elevator with a young couple who had just been married in the court house + were full of love + promise. I never said a word but inwardly wished them all the best. I did find it a bit strange that only that couple + me were on the elevator + being on opposite ends of the pendulum. Interesting.

I too have been married well over 40 years....to the same woman.

Not sure it took us that long to come to an understanding..... that she'd bounce my head off a light-pole every chance she had. LOL

She keeps me on my toes!
