375hnheconomics 101
I was looking at youtube videos yesterday, and ran across some bits by Larry Miller. His main claim to fame is "The Five Stages Of Drinking", which if you haven't seen, is well worth looking up. Anyway, one of his bits was about the present state of the economy. He explained it like this,
"This is what economics is like for me, I would like a Ferrari, I can't afford a Ferrari, therefore I will never own a Ferrari. Apparently, our government looks at it this way, I would like a Ferrari, I can't afford Ferrari, so, we'll take the red one."
