Although I personally find the father being the funnier of the lot, the best man has good lines for your particular needs...

Did this for my brothers wedding..Have bride and groom stand up, face eachother and have groom extend hands over brides..proceed to say that remember, this will be the last time that you have the upper hand. You can obviously make it your own etc, but the main point is simple and most people get a kick out of it.

I told my boys when they got married "remember, as a married man you are free to do what you are told!"
