looks like they need to speed their load up a little.
those holes are horribly torn from a slight imbalance in the bullet.

Sad but probably very true. Pretty bad when they kill the person standing by the guy they're shooting at, who apparently was innocent and unarmed, in a recent case.

Sad but true story about one of our northern P.D's. Seems the guys were firing 00 buck 12G into the targets + invited the chief to come see their performance. He looked at the targets + said,"You boys keep practicing + you should be able to reduce that group size"

You're right.Took me looking at it again. When I took my son to get his CHL + we did the test shoot (he did a 250 out of 250) he finished up by printing a happy face.Smart ass.

Oh I might add that this was several years ago when they counted head shots as scoring. the last time I renewed I did all head shots @ the 7 yd. range when finally the "instructor" informed me that now no head shots counted, only center mass.My comment was why did'nt you tell me that the rules had changed before I fired 3 magazines? One of the guys said,"Hell I just thought your sights might be off but damned good grouping nontheless."

the no head shots reminds me of a very old story, set about 1875 in Montana. Came from my wife's family, and they swear it is true.

Stage stop has a bar and food. And poker games. One afternoon a large gentleman, 6'6" about 300lbs, is playing in a game, and the gambler with the shoe is about 5'6" and 125.

They get into an argument and the big guy accuses the gambler of cheating. Calls him a few names. Gambler says, "you can't say that to me, let's just shoot it out".

Big guy responds, "I'm twice your size, hardly seems fair".

Little guy responds, "bartender, get the chalk off of the coach schedule, and chalk an outline my size on him. Any hits outside the line don't count".
