Well, we get that too. My complaint from a few years ago was when I took my wife to the ER + she needed ambulance service to the next town for an appendectomy at the cost of the ride at $1K for a 10-minute drive. My objection was that I am already paying for EMS/EMT service on my property tax annual bill. I don't like being charged twice for the same thing.
