A lady saw a surgeon about reducing her greatly oversize vaginal lips but wanted the operation kept a secret due to the personal nature of the procedure.
When she awoke in the recovery room she notice three bouquets of flowers on the table. She was both embarrassed and angered when she called the nurse to explain why her privacy was violated. The nurse explained no one outside of the hospital knew. The first bouquet was from the doctor who preformed the operation, she said. The second bouquet was from the assistant surgeon who watched the operation.
And the third? The patient asked. It is from a man in the burn unit as a thank you for his new ears.
