New name for Washington D.C.

There is a movement to rename Washington D.C. Washington D.D. . "Washington Drunk & Drugged" to better reflect its true character.
HL - I said it, and said it first.
PS Maybe it should be "Washington D.D.and D. - Washington Drunk. Drugged. and Dumb.
