Another Darwin award indeed. That being said over 40 years ago out here in the small communities we would have street dances. They would just set up saw ponies to block off the highway + we had a Western Swing band + tons of beer + everyone would have a good time. That hasn't happened in way too many years, probably wouldn't work today. Oh well, I got to experience it when small-town values were the way we lived.
