carpetman1Truck Driver
truck driver had the good habit of running over lawyers when he saw them. He'd swerve and hear a thud. You might ask how could he tell they were lawyers? He looked for the trail of slime they leave behind.
One day the same trucker saw a priest walking. So he pulled over and asked him where he was going. The father told him to a church about 5 miles down the road. So the trucker told him to get in and he would be glad to give him a ride. n the way the trucker saw a lawyer and started his swerve and at last instance, decided he better not with a priest onboard. So he pulled out of his swerv and knew he had missed him but he heard a thud. This puzzled him. He told the priest I'm sorry I wasn't watching what I was doing and almost hit that lawyer. The priest said, that's ok I got him with my door.

NormanConquestThen there was the trucker whose rig got highjacked + left him tied naked to a tree in a pasture. When help arrived the trucker, totally worn out + close to death said, "Doesn't that calf have a mother?"

NormanConquestThen there was the one about the trucker who left on is route after finding out his wife was leaving him for his best friend;after cleaning out their bank account; this run was his last as he had just been fired. He picks up a hitchhiker who immediately steals his truck, strips him naked + ties him face to the tree. When he tells the highjacked the story of everything that has happened to him that day. The guy behind him unzipped I fly + says,"This hasn't really been a good day for you, has it?"

lavacaTrue story back in the days I did insurance defense work. My main witness, the truck driver, was fired for getting in a fist fight with the dispatcher of the trucking company. The trucking company fired both of them and torpedoed my defense case.
Turned out the dispatcher was sending the driver on long haul loads so he could sleep with the driver's wife while the driver was gone. Real fine folks. Needless to say, I had to settle the case.

NormanConquestNot much new under the sun. Seems I recall the story of King David + Uriah the Hittite, probably before that. Morals historically have gone to hell while in the pursuit of "tail". I'm no saint but I did appreciate seeing a billboard that said, "What part of thou shalt not, didn't you understand." God.
