CollinsIf you don't have time to run a spell check or look up the correct spelling you can put (sp) or (sp?) and it means you're not sure the spelling is corecttt (sp?)

Yes and a darn good one. The reason he voted against it is because the New Mexico state constitution prohibits discrimination against anyone because of their inability to speak English or Spanish. He was simply voting as his constituents would have expected, in support of state rights. I didn't like it either untill I questioned him on it.
