MarkOrnithology class
I recently took an ornithology class at the local community college, and one of the things we were taught was how to tell the sex of a bird, which I thought you had to perform surgery or something on them to figure out.
Well that's not so, just careful observation works. Just look at the picture carefully and it is easy to tell the difference between males and females:
