Now I understand ! After some recent surgery , in rehab, they asked how I tied my shoes.While sitting down I bent over and tied them. They said that was dangerous as you could fall forward and hit your head.I hadn't fallen but now I understand the risks I'd been taken all those years !

But like George Burns said,"At my age when I bend over to tie my shoes,I ask myself,is there anything else I can do while I'm down here?"
